1. Agreement to Terms & Nature of Service

DIT Coaching is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables third-party coaching institutes to register, create, manage, and distribute online courses. Students can utilize the platform to enroll in these courses, access educational content, and complete classes. By accessing or using the DIT Coaching platform—whether as a coaching institute administrator, an instructor, or an enrolled student—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. SaaS Platform Responsibilities

As a SaaS provider, DIT Coaching provides the technological infrastructure for coaching institutes to host and manage their courses. DIT Coaching is not responsible for the specific content, accuracy, or quality of the educational material provided by the individual coaching institutes. Coaching institutes hold full responsibility for their courses, instructions, and interactions with students.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on DIT Coaching's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

4. User Obligations

As a user (whether institute, instructor, or student), you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties.
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable.
• Interfere with security-related features of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform infrastructure, generic features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DIT Coaching and its licensors. Intellectual property rights for the specific educational course content remain with the respective coaching institutes or content creators. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DIT Coaching.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DIT Coaching, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
